Quantitative determination of Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) levels in serum and lithium heparin plasma for Gen II ELISA kit.

The standard data points are plotted (concentration vs. absorbance measurement) and a cubic spline is applied to these points. The concentrations of the samples are determined from the cubic spline.

It is important to note that concentration values will be determined from the cubic spline for values within the range of the standards; values outside of this range will be calculated using linear regression.
