Calculates the concentration (ng/ml) of samples from a calibration curve made up of the defined standards plotted against their measured CPM values. The concentration for each sample is calculated from the cubic spline. In addition SDI calculations are made using the specified Target Concentration values and SD values for each Unknown.
A zero concentration value has been specified with a logarithmic x axis.
