Generic quantitative RIA for WIZARD2 CSV files.

A standard RIA with each unknown sample incubated at both 4°C and 37°C. The dose is interpolated from the standard curve for each sample and Plasma Renin Activity is calculated based on the following formula:

Calculates the concentration (ng/ml) of samples from a calibration curve made up of the defined standards plotted against their measured CPM values. The concentration for each sample is calculated from the cubic spline. In addition SDI calculations are made using the specified Target Concentration values and SD values for each Unknown.
