The Thermo Scientific Human IL-1a ELISA Kit measures human IL-1a in culture supernatants, plasma (EDTA, heparin and sodium citrate), serum and urine.
This method plots a standard curve on linear axes. This curve is constructed by plotting the known concentrations (X-axis) vs. the average absorbance for each standard (Y-axis). A Four Parameter Logistic curve is fitted through the data points and used to interpolate concentrations of the unknowns.
If samples have been diluted prior to the assay, the concentration values are be multiplied by the respective dilution factors.
Please provide your absorbance measurements for each well. If measurements were taken at both 450nm and 550nm then please provide the corrected measurements only (i.e subtract 550nm values from 450nm).
If the entire plate was read then supply the measured value for each well. Alternatively, if only specific parts of the plate were read then list only those measured values.
