Quantitation of HIV-1 p24 core antigen (HIV-1 p24) in human serum or plasma and in cell culture supernatant.
The ratio of the raw data measured at 490nm and 650nm is first calculated. These values are then blank corrected by the mean of the blank wells. The corrected values are plotted against the specified concentration values. The concentration of HIV-1 p24 for each sample is determined using linear regression.
If the entire plate was read then supply the measured value for each well. Alternatively, if only specific parts of the plate were read then list only those measured values.
