Calculates the % Initial Activity of Inhibitor/Activity samples from fluorescence measurements.
The average of each fluorescence value is first calculated. The fluorescence of the blank (background) wells is subtracted from all the samples and the percentage inhibition/activation of each sample is calculated using the TA wells (the TA wells contain the 100% Initial Activity).
If the entire plate was read then supply the measured value for each well. Alternatively, if only specific parts of the plate were read then list only those measured values.
