This method calculates the mean absorbance value for Blank and subtracts it from the absorbance value of all other wells. The mean absorbance values for the Maximum Binding (Standard1), the standards and the samples are calculated. B/B0% is calculated and plotted on a semi-logarithmic graph. A Four Parameter Logistic curve fit is performed on the calibration data and concentrations interpolated from the curve with any specified dilution factor values applied.
If the entire plate was read then supply the measured value for each well. Alternatively, if only specific parts of the plate were read then list only those measured values.
