For the Quantative analysis of Aflatoxin M1 in milk, milk powder and cheese in accordance with EuroClone Aflatoxin M1 ELISA KIT. This method calculates the mean absorbance value for Blank and subtracts it from the absorbance value of all other wells. The mean absorbance values for the Maximum Binding (Standard1), the standards and the samples are calculated. B/B0% is calculated and plotted on a semi-logarithmic graph.
