Prepares a chromatogram from a 384 well ViewLux measurement file. The chromatogram is plotted with the measurements (Y) against indices (X). Each sample's index is determined by its position on the microplate. Single or multi plate measurements are supported.

Plots a scatter chart of the raw data (Y) versus sample group number (X) for 96 well microplate data.
