How Does MyAssays Desktop QT Work?
The MyAssays Desktop QT product includes two elements:
• QT Application – a Windows application that fully automates the qualification testing process and reporting.
• QT Data Set – an extensible set of test data containing inputs, expected outputs (controls) and qualification documents.
The QT Application is used to execute data analysis as defined by the data set. This process analyses all data files using the current MyAssays Desktop installation and compares the results with the expected results. If there are any differences between the newly generated results and the expected results then the test is marked as failed with information describing the differences and any calculation or error information tracked.
If a QT run is successful, a protected data certificate file is created containing details of the tests completed. This data certificate file is protected from tampering (functions are provided to validate the integrity of a QT data certificate).
Test results can be exported to an XLSX document to provide a complete list of tests executed and their associated information.
The QT product includes a large data set covering all major data analysis features and commonly used applications. You can easily extend the data set adding your own data, tests, and qualification documents.
When to Use MyAssays Desktop QT?
Use MyAssays Desktop QT when working under regulated environments where it is necessary to validate and verify the integrity of the MyAssays Desktop software.
Use MyAssays Desktop QT on your first installation of MyAssays Desktop and use it again after upgrading the system or MyAssays Desktop version. MyAssays Desktop QT will report if any system changes or software upgrades break existing data analysis functionality.
