The plated antigen and the mouse sera were generated in house. ELISA plates are Costar #3590, secondary antibody is goat anti-mouse Ig (whole molecule) - coupled to alkaline phosphatase, and substrate is PNP [p-Nitrophenyl Phosphate]. Positive control is a commercial monoclonal antibody. |
